So let’s focus on some of the things you can do today:
- Review your activities so far this year
What have you enjoyed doing least/most?
What activities have made best use of your time?
What outcomes have you achieved?
- Make any offers relevant and valuable
What offers will be available?
What promotions or campaigns have worked well between similar times of previous years?
What will the benefits be to customers/clients/end users and how will this be communicated?
- What budget and time do you have available to promote what’s on offer?
Set out a budget, even if it is unconfirmed. What is the most you want to spend?
How much time per week will you spend creating content, making products, doing follow up calls etc
What tactics will you use to promote?
- Plan ahead
Get organised and consider what resources you have available
Consider how and where you will generate new leads/sales
Write out your intentions. Plan for the rest of 2020
Be realistic about what you set out to do
- Create content that will engage and connect with an audience online/offline
Collate ideas for content based on what people will find helpful
How will you manage your visibility and consistency
Repurpose content and share it across different platforms (video/audio/blogs etc)
Engage with new connections as much as you can and grow your online community
