Business Goal Setting

Have you set some business goals for the next few weeks or months?

Here are some quick suggestions for you:

– Put a deadline to everything. If the date changes, that’s okay. If the date has to move explain to all persons involved)

– Be realistic. Set goals that scare you, but not horrify you to the point where you’re scared to execute.

– Make it make sense

Think through your goals and ensure they’re in alignment for your brand development and marketing/sales goals.
