I used to HATE networking

When is the last time you got offline, made new connections and told a few people about what you do and more importantly, WHY you do it?I used to hate networking events. I say used to, because I now love them. But, when I started working for myself and running my business I didn't fit in. I couldn't be myself, I wanted to share and felt shy, I just felt like it was too sale-sy and judg-ey. Are those even real words 😥😂?

Networking doesn't have to be complex, awkward and boring

There are a few benefits I've listed here that are reasons to step away from your device and attend more networking events

1. Get offline and make new connections in person

2. Instant trust building

3. Expand your circle. Say YES to new friends

4. Referrals in real time

5. Tell more people about your hobby or favourite thing and gain a few more supporters!

I know it can feel like a big deal to leave the house and network but there are so many benefits in attending networking events.
